Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta will host the celebration of Italian Week in November 2018. Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta invite Chef Andrea Burzio, who is a reliable cook from Shangri-La Mactan Resort and Spa, Cebu to introduce some special Italian signature dishes from its hometown, Turin, Northern Italy.
On November 15-18, 2018, Rosso will present Italian dishes with a charming presentation and made with selected ingredients, thus adding to the quality of a typical Italian taste. Chef Andrea will presents set menus, exclusive wine dinners and brunch on Sunday.
Dishes that served during the Italian Week 2018 include vitello al rosa, tonno confit, composta in capperi e limone, salsa tonnata della tradizione and tajarin al hesitate at agnello, gremolada, pecorino di fossa, riduzione ai frutti rossi (roast beef tenderloin, tuna, lemon and caper compote, traditional tonnato sauce) and tajarin al hesitate at agnello, gremolada, pecorino di fossa, riduzione ai frutti rossi (hand made noodles, lamb ragout, gremolade, pecorino cheese and coulis red berries). Some of the signature dishes that will be presented in the a la carte menu during the promotion is agnolotti del plin con coda di vitello, all salsa, parmigiano 36 mesi, scaglie di cioccolato amaro (agnolotti del plin with beef tails, sauce, parmesan and flakes bitter chocolate).
